The stay was ok but we didnt like sitting outside or keeping curtains opened at night as no privacy
Place was clean and the facilities ok
There was no privacy as the place was overlooked by the property owners house & garden which was a shame because the views on the advert & photo were amazing.

What a gem of a property. It does indeed have spectacular views. Would highly recommend.
The only slight downside was it was a bed settee rather than a bed but it was a lovely place.

Perfect cozy Brighton base.
It was a perfect size and a great location. Did exactly what we needed it to. Bus stops just around the corner to take you to Brighton beach. It was spotlessly clean and cosy. The view is gorgeous.
