Please note that there is no onsite reception. You must provide the property with an Australian mobile phone number, as your check in details will be sent to you via text message, on your check in day. If you do not have an Australian mobile phone number, you will need to provide an email address for this information to be sent to you. The preferred contact method is via the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that reception office hours are 8:00 - 18:00. If you need to contact the property outside of these hours, please use the Special Requests box, or send the property an email using the details provided on your booking confirmation. Please only use the mobile number provided in case of emergencies. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. Please note the property accepts 2 small dogs only. Dogs must not be left unattended for extended lengths of time in either the house, on the balcony or in the courtyard. A deposit may be required at the property.
