Some rooms are located on the ground floor; if you prefer a ground-floor room, kindly advise the property in advance (subject to availability). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours must notify the property in advance using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. A surcharge of 1.4% applies for card transactions. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival via credit card. This will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
