Good stay for a group, needs more amenities

We've stayed at Cois Tra 2 years running. Lots of beautiful memories made with our family.
We loved the upstairs living space and outside deck. Also the parking space.
A fly screen is missing on one of the bedrooms downstairs and a clothes line would be great

Clean & comfortable stay for the whole family.
Very nice and clean place with all Amenities. Good location on Phillip Island close to everything. Enjoyed our stay.
Only comment is with respect to hot water. You need to follow instructions and boost heater.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).
