A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or via online payment services. The property will contact you directly to arrange the details. Please note that electricity costs are not included in the price and will be charged at 0.15 per KWh. Guests will be charged at the end of their stay, depending on their usage, measured by the meter reading. Bed linen is not included, but can be rented at the property for an extra EUR 20 per bed (2 sheets and 2 pillowcases). The city tax and cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.
