The apartmen was dirty and the smell of the carpets was emanating. Kitchen chairs was dirty. A visual cleanup is underway. The loud laughter of the neighbor at night was disturbing with the window open.

This ensures that in the event of an emergency, we can provide accurate manifest information to emergency services. 🪪Through Rental Ready guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) 🔞Lead Guest Minimum Age is 21 - we reserve the right to cancel any booking if the lead guest is under the minimum age. 🤫Quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am. **Please respect the neighbours**! This includes being mindful on floors, walls and outside the accommodation. A breach of quiet hours will result in a fee. 🙅Strictly no loud music, stag or hen parties. 🙅 No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. 🚭Smoking, vaping, open flames and candles are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. (We charge a £200 deep cleaning fee if smoking or vaping takes place) 🚮Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee.
