진철한 안내
아침 일찍 도착했기에 짐 놓고 시내관괌 할수 있어 좋았네요. 위치도 역, 해양공원이나 아르바트거리에서 가까워서 걸어서 다닐 수 있어 더욱 좋았네요. 매니져의 친절한 안내가 더욱 좋았어요.

아파트 아래에 작은 마트가 있는데 김치도 팔고 없는 게 없음.
활용하기 좋고 귀여운 할머니가 계심.
그리고 밖으로 나가는 기준으로, 오른쪽으로 가면 영화관+해안공원. 왼쪽으로 가면 블라디보스톡역과 한국 마트, 한국 음식점.
다 걸어서 다닐만한 거리로 위치가 좋음.
위치가 좋아서 그런지 이 아파트먼트 주변이 거의 렌탈 집이 많은데 그래서 그런지 한국인도 많고 밤에도 사람들이 많이 지나다녀서…
