• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available - please check with us in advance to confirm availability and any applicable fees. Unauthorized early check-ins will incur a $500 fee. • Check-out is at 10:30 AM sharp. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $500 fee. • Authorized early check-in and authorized late check-out will incur a minimum $100 fee. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours. • Excessive noise may result in fines or the cancellation of your reservation. • Loud music is not allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors. Failure to keep noise levels down during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and/or immediate removal from the property. • Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by us ahead of time. Additional guests will incur extra charges. • The exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras. We also use NoiseAware sensors both indoors and outdoors. These devices alert us only when noise levels are consistently above a set threshold; normal conversation won't trigger an alert. • Smoking is not allowed inside the home. • Any vomit, feces (including pet feces), blood, or stool is considered a biohazard, and will incur an automatic $500 fine if found on the property. • Pets mu
