Please note that reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. (Hours may change at the discretion of management.) If your expected arrival time falls outside these hours, please contact Ambassador Motor Lodge in advance so we can arrange an early or late check‑in for you. Reception hours are limited between Christmas and New Year, and rooms will not be serviced on Christmas Day (25 December). This property has a strict No Party and No Pets policy. Management reserves the right to request a security deposit of AUD 200 on arrival, which will be collected by credit card. You will be reimbursed on check‑out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the room. Please note that smoking inside the room will result in a partial or full deduction of the security deposit.
