No Smoking: • Smoking is prohibited inside the property. • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. All cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly in provided receptacles. 4. Pets: • Pets are welcome but must be approved in advance. • Guests must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee. • Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool. 5.
