Check-in and Check-out: • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees. 2. Quiet Hours: • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during this time. 3. No Smoking: • Smoking is prohibited inside the property. • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. All cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly in provided receptacles. 4. Pets: • Pets are welcome but must be approved in advance. • Guests must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee. • Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool. 5.
