Please note that the price includes a reasonable but limited use of water, electricity (10kw/day) and gas. A higher consumption of the service outside this calendar has an extra cost of EUR 10 per day. Please note that air conditioning is available during hot hours only, from 10:00 till 22:00, limited to 23-24°C, and available from June 5th to September 18th only. Visits are not allowed; only registered guests can access the accommodation (minimum penalty of 50€ per person per day applied to every day of the stay, not only the day of the infraction). Guests will experience disturbance from the Festival Havaneres from June 28th to July 7th, 2026. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, and downstairs there is a bathroom and a children's bedroom, where the crib is located; it is fixed in place and cannot be moved.
