You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is from 12:00 until 00:00. If you wish to check-in outside of these hours, please contact the property directly to organise key collection and check-in. Please note that a late check-in fee of EUR 5 applies for arrivals after 19:00. Please note that if required the property can collect guests from Avignon Train Station or from the Piot Island car park for guests arriving by car. Managed by a private host
