The price was not any cheaper than surrounding properties and the facility is in need of renovation.

  Location was fine.

It was one of the worse run down hotels I have ever stayed at. It is an extended stay and you can tell

The hotel has given up replacing

  Broken items.

Spend the extra money and go somewhere else

  Employees are super nice

Dirty, bad smells, window was wide open with no screen on ground level next to a parking lot. Anybody could've gotten in.

This should only be a last resort .

Property was very dirty , & smelled funny

The overall “old”-look & feel of the property.

Gross, I should have read the reviews rather than trust the pictures.

  Na

Dirty, rat trap in bed room, holes in the walls and between the floor and trim/walls, hair in the tub and secondary unusable door
