Paige is an asset to your company, made our stay amazing! She was very accommodating as our room wasn't ready and she made us feel comfortable upon arrival.

  Very unprofessional

Poor food quality. Staff use the cafe and seating areas as a social gathering. I will not use the Premier Inn at west Bromwich again. Very disappointed in the whole two night stay. Complaint will be raised
