I had low expectations given the affordable price and somehow the hotel was even worse.

  Location was good

Shower leaked everywhere. No iron or ironing board. Neighbors were incredibly noisy until 1 am. Sheets were dirty.

Grreat place to stay in Lake George

If you don't need lake fron views - then this is definitely a GREAT CHOICE in Lake Geroge. The place has a pool so you can swim in the pool when you get back to your room.
