The view of the ocean was spectacular. Location is perfect. This was our 5th time staying at the Tides . The front desk staff were outstanding . So helpful and so pleasant . You are fortunate to have them there.

  Never again

  Perfect location

Staff was inhospitable and unhelpful with a leak in the room that coated the entire floor with water.

Because of the AC we had terrible time of sleeping. The fan blade made so much noise ear plugs work.

  Location

Kitchen in room had no supplies or coffee pot.

The AC had a major issue and reported it but not fixed.
