Staff is friendly and I’ve stayed here several times over the years.

Location is good for visiting family in the area.

It was very warm in the lobby and the hallway’s.

Staff were great but facility needs work.

  Rooms were clean.

Lobby and hallways and breakfast areas were not air conditioned.

When I told the attendant about the problems all I got was Sorry

The person checking us in was really nice and helpful

Food on the floor between the beds from a previous tenant. NO HOT WATER! Light out

  Huge disappointment

Beds are comfortable, cold A/C, clean and the front desk person was very polite. I’ve stayed here on several occasions and have no complaints.

Reliable stay, great staff; the facility needs to remember the little details matter

  Familiar with property

  Stayed here previously

Tub handle too hard to turn on and off

Entered room at check in and was too cold

Morning continental breakfast not as good as prior; juice machine didn’t work well- too much…
