The hotel does not take a deposit, but cards are pre-authorized at time of booking. Your check-in, check-out and breakfast are in the Ardgowan Hotel. However, Pilmour rooms are located in Pilmour Hotel which is directly next door. Cars may be parked free outside the hotel after 17:00 until 09:00 the next morning and all day on Sunday.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
