Disappointing
Absolutely filthy bedroom carpet, room not cleaned for days despite asking.
Entrance tired and neglected. Staff stretched so much unavailable to serve us.

Excellent stay.
Excellent. Ismail and Emma made us very much at home and ensured we had everything we needed. Breakfast was first class and Ismail was very efficient and thoughtful in explaining what the options were.

We stayed in Preston to attend a medical appointment...the hotel was very central so convenient...The rooms was clean, spacious , warm and quiet thanks to triple glazing....we booked the meal deal which was excellent…

Would not stay here again
So many problems! Shortage of staff, same 2 staff members serving in restaurant, at bar and on reception in the early evening. Kitchen had only 1 chef/ member of staff and the majority of facilities in kitchen not…

Turn left onto Corporation St, hotel is on the left. At the traffic lights continue forward and take the next left at Coporation exit. Please note: reception is located on the first floor of the hotel.
