This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. From September to October, for a minimum stay of 7 days, guests will receive a free traditional Vietnamese cooking lesson by the owner of the Villa. Cash and bank transfer are accepted methods of prepayment. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that the owners live at the property and only guests (included in the reservation) are permitted in the accommodations. Prepayment deposit (30% of total amount) via Paypal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions. For last minute reservations (within 3 days before arrival) the total amount of your stay must be paid in cash on arrival. Please note that the quality of the Wi-Fi network is very poor at the property. Managed by a private host
