Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM 10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025. For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM 20 per room, per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia The room rate on 31st December 2026 is inclusive of the compulsory New Year’s Eve Countdown Party (per room occupancy basis). Any additional person (adult or child) not included in the room occupancy will be charged separately upon arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
