Had some problems setting up second bed and locating bedding as well as broken kettle but quickly resolved

pls fix these problem so we will consider coming back or recommend it to our freinds.
it was clean and near to the center
the internet was very bad and the TV was without a sound. The elevator was out of order twice during our stay. there is no balcony.
