Please note that bookings with a half-board meal plan include breakfast and a buffet-style dinner. Dinner does not include beverages; beverages are paid separately. À la carte restaurants are available at a surcharge. Mastercard and Visa credit cards issued in Brazil can be used for payment in 6 instalments (Mastercard) or 3 instalments (Visa). Please note that this option is not valid for credit cards issued outside Brazil. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with a photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. When choosing a room with an All-Inclusive plan (Serhs Inclusive), guests are entitled to breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. In addition, beverages, ice cream, and à la carte snacks are included. Premium products are available at an additional cost. A deposit may be required at the property.

Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort
Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort
Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort
Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort
Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort
Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort有Wi-Fi吗？
Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort
