Check in was very smooth and was checked in by Carlie and Megan and they greeted me with a very warm welcome especially as a lone female. I will be returning.
markwX8012HAFriendly staff
We didn't stay, but I popped in to find out how much it would cost for some family to stay over the Xmas period. Some friends recommend this hotel and thought we would pop in and ask.
Megan on reception was very helpful.
noomi_noo1975NYMPSFIELD, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, ENGLANDA little disappointing, never had problems here in the past
We have stayed many times at this hotel when visiting family. This time was disappointing, which we discussed with reception.
The room smelt damp, the bed sheets on the sofa bed had mould spots on, there were damp…
wendysC1702PEWouldn't stay there again.
You can hear people from the floor above., walking around. This unfortunately woke me up on the first morning at 6:50 am. The nose went on for ages.
I did go to reception and enquire if the same people would be there for…
