Helpful staffBeautiful location
JudyCanadaThe front desk staff was really rude, although I did only deal with one persons
Convenient location
Overcharge for parking
DebraCanadaLiked the option of no housekeeping on day 2. Excellent restaurant for breakfast. Food, staff ambience all great
Many excellent restaurants
All good
TeresaCanadaIt’s a premium property with a fabulous view of Lake Okanagan
Location, amenities (3 restaurants) , it’s well maintained
Restaurants seemed to be understaffed, but that may be because staff had been laid off during the fires earlier in the summer.
SherriCanadaGreat location, older property. Clean and staff friendly
The location is amazing. On the water and close to everything. Farmers market just out front on the weekends
It needs to go thru a renovation. Rooms are dated and old

Location was good
The rooms in the old part of hotel are rundown and need major upgrade. Beds and the carpet, bath, small TV, color feel like a think from the past
MELANIECanadaWas quick but perfect, the staff at the front reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Location is perfect, central to everything. Rooms were ok, nice and clean.
Not much to say we didn't like.

Penticton Lakeside Resort
Penticton Lakeside Resort
Penticton Lakeside Resort
Penticton Lakeside Resort
Penticton Lakeside Resort
Penticton Lakeside Resort
