Breakfast setup, coffee availability, comfy room. Nice helpful people run the place.
Bathroom was a little funky, B&B was a bit out of the way for restaurants.

We were on the third floor. That made it a little difficult for us. We both have mild mobility issues. The room and bathroom were excellent. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size for two people getting ready.
