The location is great!
I booked for 1 adult and 1 child and was put in a room with a double bed and a single and was told if I wanted to use/used the single bed it would be an additional $10.

Proximity to restaurants and family. It was clean and very comfy. You didn't hear the busy main road as it has been positioned off the road enough not to get woken by trucks passing.
