The property condition was reported to Booking.com, who, as usual, were less than helpful to assist. Still have not received full refund

Tv not working, wi fi poor, no running hot water. Not very clean. Booking . Com didn’t send the code through to get the key out of box, sat a hour outside had to email, ring etc finally got…
