From January 1 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that if you would like to secure or upgrade your room to the next category, surcharges apply. Third-party credit cards are not accepted for payments. The credit card used for payment in advance must be presented upon check for verification. Please note that all our activities are fee-based. In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax, Rate of Tax, Order 2017, the TTx of RM 10 net per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted.
