Kia Ora will charge late arrival guests, as stated in our Booking.com listing, are as follows: • 22:00 – 23:00: R150 • 23:00 – 23:59: R200 Late arrival fees are payable immediately upon arrival at the guest house. 🚫 Arrivals after midnight (00:00) fall outside the booked arrival date and will not be permitted entry. Such bookings will be treated as a no-show, in line with our cancelation policy.
