The pool was ridiculously small for the size of the hotel, people were reserving sun beds then disappearing for breakfast, lunch etc even though it says you can’t reserve sun beds…

1) They wrongly registered my 17 old daughter as 1 year old and put a crib in the room
2) Then the sofa which they offered to convert into the bed was extremely dirty with lots of stains - really disgusting!
