EmmaItalyI have no words to express how kind and thoughtful the staff at this hotel were. I was travelling alone with my 13-year-old son when he developed a fever, and they went above and beyond to help me in every possible way,…
GrahamAustraliaA Grand Place to Stay
Once you enter the main reception of the hotel you know straight away why it's called Grand. Chandeliers hanging high in the ceiling reflecting on a shiny marble floor you haven't time to really notice as your luggage is…
janSEA really good visit!
Extremely serviceminded staff. Really high standard and cleaning of the room!
DebraAustraliaThe room, was large and very comfortable, the bathroom beautiful. The hotel doesn't look very old, the entrance and hallways are all beautiful.
We couldn't workout how to turn the actual toilet light off.
