Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival
