There is very little to recommend about this property, and the ratings seem far too generous. The hotel is severely overpriced for the quality of the rooms and the standard of service provided.

Advertised free shuttle, actually no shuttle so it cost an additional $30 from the airport. I feel Doubletree cheated me out of this and should have reimbursed me $30.
