Host was very accommodating and friendly. The facility was pleasant and clean.
The neighborhood is a bit run down, and in the low socioeconomic status, however, at no time, did I feel unsafe.

Responsive and overall decent place especially for the money spent.
I was not aware the area may not have been the safest.
