The size of the facilities (shower, bathroom and kitchen). For the size of the camp-site they need to be much bigger. And the kitchen is locked until 7am so if you plan on eating before hiking…

Location is good. Kitchen facility is also good. 12 minutes walk to Lauterbrunnen station and 4 minutes walk to bus stop (bus come every 30 minutes). Staff were good and helpful.
