During the pre check in process via our Guest Portal, you will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions as well as provide a valid credit card for incidentals. Our Terms and Conditions will be sent to you shortly after making your reservation which is included in your Confirmation Email. Your accommodations total is a bundled rate and is made up of two components: Accommodations Rate and Guest Services. Guest Services are provided by management and include: a departure clean, full linen including pool towels, high speed Wi-Fi, consumables and a Nespresso coffee machine and pods for the duration of your stay. If staying 7 nights or longer, you also receive a mid-stay service. The rate breakdown of these two components is itemized on your Confirmation Email, which you will receive shortly from The Sands Resort after making your reservation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ''Schoolies Week'' period.
