Guests may be denied check-in if the names do not match. Room Policies -Early Arrival / Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Late check-out may incur additional charges. - Early Departure: Full charge (100%) of the confirmed stay will apply after check-in. - Connecting Rooms: Available upon request and subject to availability. - Extra Person Charge: MYR 350 net per person, per night (age 4 and above). Includes day bed, breakfast, and in-room amenities. Payment & Deposit - The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. - A deposit will be collected at check-in. Alternatively, guests may opt to settle charges in cash based on consumption. Taxes & Fees - Local Room Fee: Effective 1 January 2025, a fee of RM10 net per room per night applies (RM20 during special events such as LIMA, Ironman, and Le Tour de Langkawi). This fee is not included in the reservation and will be collected upon arrival. - Tourism Tax: RM10 net per room per night for non-Malaysian guests.
