櫃檯服務好。房間空間大、設施普通，冬季沒暖氣。早餐是外購金門傳統食物。地點交通和餐飲便利，前面是公車站亭，自駕停車方便。旅店本身有租車櫃檯（金囍）非常方便，租車有機場接送服務。

跟工讀生反應冷氣不涼，先質疑客人是不是開到除濕？確認是冷氣沒一句不好意思，還問有沒有動到浴室，不涼還說他無法解決，要等20分鐘再跟他反應，怎麼不是他在熱風房間待20分鐘。
