Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. -Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed.
