Please note that for Club Rooms and Suites, the complimentary continental breakfast included in the room rate is served at the Regency Club Lounge. For Premier Deluxe Room with 3-person occupancy, the 3rd person will be accommodated in a rollaway bed Presentation of the credit card used for booking upon check-in is required for payment verification. For payment verification, guests must present the same credit card used at the time of booking upon check-in for prepayment booking. If you are not using your own credit card for payment, kindly obtain a credit card authorization form from the hotel and return the completed form with the cardholder’s signature to the hotel at least 3 working days prior to your arrival. In compliance with the Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023 for regulating disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products, hotels in Hong Kong will no longer provide complimentary disposable plastic toiletries in guestrooms starting from 22 April, 2024.
