Please inform Eraeliya Villas & Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time if you are arriving after 10 PM. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. We do not accommodate children under 12 years of age due to the nature of our property. An additional charge of US$ 70 per night will be applied for guests over 12 years old, inclusive of bed and breakfast. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 50% non-refundable deposit on the booking to guarantee, balance 30 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee, balance 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises at the moment. However, we hold a soft liquor license, and we charge a corkage fee of US $10 for wines and sparkling. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
