Guests are kindly ask to deposit the car keys at the reception desk upon arrival so that their vehicle can be placed. Please note that the name on the credit card used for payment has to be the same as the guest name. Please contact the property directly if you would like to pay in advance with a different credit card. Please note that all upper floors except the 5th floor are accessible by elevator. Please note that rooms ‘DBL2TM’ and ‘COM2TM’ can only be accessed via a spiral staircase. From May 2026 onwards, new construction projects (houses with apartments for locals and holiday guests) are expected to start on the opposite side of the street, contributing to the further development of the area. During certain periods, the mountain view to the south may be temporarily and partially restricted by a crane or construction elements.
