Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Thank you for your interest in my space. Be courteous of neighbors, no outside noise after 9pm. 2. Leave no messes 3. No shoes on the carpet 4. Have last load of used sheets, pillow cases, towels, dishes washing upon checkout 5. Garbage goes in wheeled cart by garage. If checking out Sunday through Wednesday, take wheeled cart to curb 6. NO SMOKING or vaping in the house OR garage, & Fireplace is not to be used 7. More guests present than booked, even if they're not staying the night, MUST BE disclosed & approved first. If not, guests risk cancellation
