Please be informed that due to the unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Samui, the property is not recommended for families with children below 12 years of age. Parents or official guardians will be required to sign a waiver form allowing children to stay in the villas. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo identification, such as a passport, and credit card upon check in. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. A compulsory gala dinner on 31 December for two adults per one bedroom is included in the room rate. Extra person charge for gala dinner on 31 December is THB 16,500 nett per adult and THB 8,250 nett per child, ages 4 to 12 years old. Please note that the photos provided for each villa type are intended to offer a general representation of the view on offer and do not reflect the specific view from each villa within the respective category"Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
